We perfectly spent time in La Mata. The bungalow corresponds to photos, very pure and functional, and a fantastic swimming pool, 5 minutes from the beach of La Mata, with all its bars and restaurants. Super market close. I highly recommend this property.

The apartment corresponds to photos. Alesia accepted us very well. Very responsive, if there are problems, and always with a smile. Vicinities beautiful and swimming pool. A small bay - 5 min. The walk to the beach of La Mata - 10 min. The sun always, the water is warm. Minor problems in a flat, it lacks a bit of crockery, air conditioning will be welcome. The apartment is clean, we paid for final cleaning of €50. Would recommend to all and I want to thank all team of agency. Our communication was very professional. Happy holidays to all.

Location was perfect for our needs. Lack of air-condition but we knew about it. We bought some fans instead, which our host gladly repaid us for. We have no complaints at all. Everything was taken care of if and when we asked for it.

A very nice spacious house in La Mata, Torrevieja. The location is good and only short walk through a nice park to the nearest beach. Supermarket quite close too. Alesia was very nice and friendly host and we enjoyed our stay in La Mata

Location (close to the sea), a few small shops nearby, swimming pool opened even the 20.00, parking, suitable disposition of the rooms, complete maintenance in the apartment (washing machine, dishwasher, towels, etc.), good terrace (for a romantic dinner), no air conditioning (very much hot, the fan doesn't help), no internet (take the SIM card is not profitable, and traffic is more than 2 GB) .. There is no big supermarket to buy food (the problem solved by rental car, the nearest big shop 1km). By separate point I wanted to notice the excellent work of Alesia and Dmitry. Thank you so much. One of the best holiday organizers, with the infinite feeling of humanity.
